Former WWE Superstar and Womens Champion Ashley Massaro has passed away at the age of 39, according to The Blast.
Ashley Massaro reportedly passed away early yesterday 16 may 2019, but details of her death have not been publicly announced. The Suffolk County Medical Examiner in the New York told The Blast that Ashley Massaro passed on the Thursday and was brought to the medical examiner’s office. Ashley Massaro death is currently under the investigation by this office.
Police and security sources told The Blast that an (rescue call) came in at 5:23am ET from Ashley Massaro’s house in Smithtown, which is about 1 to 2 hours from New York City. First responders then took Ashley Massaro to an local hospital and that’s where she passes away. Police security do not believe foul play was the involved, and are classifying her death as the non criminal.
Ashley Massaro won the 2005 WWE RAW Divas Title Search and went on to sign with the WWE company. Massaro was with WWE until July 2008 but made just the few wrestling appearances since then. Massaro had announced in the March of this year that she was making the return to WWE.
Ashley Massaro would have turned 40 years on May 26. She leaves behind an daughter.
